  • Design Team

    Transforms spaces into immersive, visually stunning experiences that reflect the festival’s spirit.

    • Stage Design – Create and decorate all performance stages with intention and artistic vision.

    • Signage – Design and place informative, artistic, and directional signs throughout the festival grounds.

    • Dining Area Design – Curate a beautiful and functional space for communal meals.

    • Art Installations – Develop and install artistic pieces that enhance the festival’s atmosphere.

  • Front Line Team

    The first faces attendees see—responsible for smooth entry, safety, and guidance.

    • Welcome Committee – Greet guests with warmth, answer questions, and provide general festival information.

    • Parking Team – Direct traffic, manage parking zones, and ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement.

    • Front Desk Check-In – Handle ticketing, wristbands, and event materials, ensuring a smooth arrival process.

  • Back of House

    Handles the technical, medical, and operational support behind the scenes.

    • IT Support – Ensure smooth operation of technology, including Wi-Fi and digital check-in systems.

    • Walkie-Talkie Management – Distribute and oversee all festival communication devices.

    • Medic Team – Provide first-aid care and support in case of medical emergencies.

    • Ranger — Helps maintain harmony, safety, conflict resolution, and smooth operations across the event

  • Kitchen Team

    Ensures that all meals are prepared, served, and cleaned up efficiently.

    • Dishwashing Crew – Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas.

    • Festival Chef – Plan and execute meals for festival attendees, ensuring high-quality, nourishing food.

    • Pre/Post Team Meal Chef – Prepare food for the crew before and after the main event.

    • Meal Reset Team – Clean and reset dining areas after each meal to maintain a smooth flow.

  • Waste Management Team

    Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental responsibility throughout the festival.

    • Bathroom Maintenance – Regularly clean and restock restrooms to ensure hygiene and comfort.

    • Kitchen Clean-Up – Handle composting, waste disposal, and sanitation of the cooking and dining areas.

  • Pre/Post Team

    The hands-on crew responsible for setting up and breaking down the festival.

    • Set-Up Crew – Construct stages, communal areas, signage, and other festival infrastructure.

    • Break-Down Crew – Dismantle and restore festival grounds, ensuring minimal impact and a clean departure.
